The SousVide ProfessionalTM sets the standards for sous vide cooking. It was developed to meet the requirements of the world's best chefs and adds a whole new dimension of control to your kitchen. Its aesthetics, easy handling and flexibility are unique and without compromise. The SousVide ProfessionalTM features a compact design which makes for easy storage. A heavy-duty polymer housing encases both the stainless steel pump and heating coil for better protection. The pump circulation rate can be adjusted by a sliding door built-in to the housing. A large 2.12” X 3” backlit display let you see at a glance both the current and the set temperature values. The SousVide ProfessionalTM can be clamped to any size tank with rounded or flat walls up to 30L in capacity. Complete with multi-lingual instruction manual, a 19-page instructional guide on Sous-vide Cooking by Polyscience and a lightweight nylon protective travel case with molded foam interior.
