Return Policy
Standard Return Policy
If you’re unsatisfied with any product purchased from www.nellacutlery.ca or any of our retail stores and wish to return that product, ensure that:
- The original invoice or packing slip accompanies all returns
- Items are returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Items returned are unused and in original packaging.
Also note that:
- Returns are for credit or exchange only and a minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied.
- For special order items, contact our customer service team and request a return, a restocking fee may be required for your special-ordered item. Please note that custom items are not eligible for return.
- When shipping an exchanged item back to you, the customer, will incur the shipping charges.
How to process online return(s)
- Download and complete the following "Return merchandise Authorization (RMA)" form DOWNLOAD
- Please email the RMA form to amar@nellacutlery.ca
- Once your RMA request is processed We will return your form with a return merchandise Authorization number via e-mail within 2 days
- Once you have received your RMA number from our customer service team, please use one of the return shipping addresses listed below for either store locations:
Within the packaging, please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip along with your RMA number.
- Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility.
- Once received, all items are inspected by our returns manager. Exchanges or credit will not be offered on any product returned to us in an unsuitable condition.
Defective / Warranty Items
- Manufacturer’s warranty applies
- If there is no manufacturer’s warranty, Nella Cutlery and Food Equipment Inc. will allow a 15-day warranty on defective equipment from date of purchase.
