Nella Cutlery & Food Equipment Inc. (“Nella” or "us", "we", or "our") operates the www.nellacutlery.ca website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Under certain circumstances, Nella may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Nella uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service.
