Designed for both electric and non-electric transport, gentle, non-radiant heat protects prepped food rather than drying it out. The UPCH400 is ideal for service with frequent opening and closing, long events and extreme cold ambient temperatures. The UPCH400 uses an energy-efficient heater to quickly preheat for any event within an hour and when plugged in, maintain a three-minute heat recovery time during service. 

The Ultra Pan Carrier H-Series is designed to extend hot food holding time while ensuring food safety. An Energy Star rated economical alternative to large warming cabinets, the UPCH400 maintains temperatures between 150° – 165°F (65,6° – 73,9°C) to keep food from drying out. This versatile transporter holds a wide variety of food types and textures such as pasta, bone-in fried chicken and double-crusted pies. 

Rotomolded with one-piece, seamless construction, the UPCH400 carrier features ergonomic, unbreakable molded-in handles for two-person carrying and a convenient nylon latch for fast access. When unplugged, the UPCH400 holds safe temperatures for at least 4 hours. The Ultra Pan Carrier H-Series is a hot catering solution that won’t rust, dent or disappoint.
