so messy

it took me a little while to get a technique going to create little pearls or teardrops of spaetzle. but good lord, it's so damn messy. the carriage and the grille get so gummed up with wet dough. and the grille gets REALLY hot sitting on the pot rim. I'll give it a few more tries, but this might not be the tool I settle on.
