It is able to process 30 or 24 racks per hour on light or normal settings respectively. The Hobart LXGeR features hot water or chemical sanitation, energy recovery, custom cycle selection, and much more, ensuring the wash is completed successfully but still limiting waste. In addition, the 2-minute cycle time allows for a fast but effective clean.
