Decent knife, terrible customer service

I purchased several knives from Nella. The quality of knives are decent for the price, however when they shipped they were missing 2 knives from my order with no explanation. After contacting their customer service email provided as well as the chat option from their website, eventually I got a response that the knives were back ordered. When they did finally ship them, it had been so long that I'd moved to a different home and they never sent so much as an email to let me know they were shipping them. Again, the knives themselves are sound but I was so disappointed with the experience of ordering/delivery.
