Excellent Knife

I bought this Schun 4" paring knife to replace and old knife which doesn't maintain the sharpness for long. I substituted several years ago a 8" knife for a Schun which has maintained its sharpness for long. This Schun has been a very good knife so I decided that was time to replace my paring knife. A very good decision. Shun has several families of knife. My review is for the "Premier"
