Refrigeration System:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system.
- Uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP).
- High-capacity system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C), suitable for frozen foods and ice cream.
- Features state-of-the-art ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors for improved efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and motor reliability.
- Bottom-mounted condensing unit for easy maintenance; “no stoop” lower shelf for enhanced visibility.
- Automatic defrost system: time-initiated and temperature-terminated, optimizing energy use and defrost cycle duration.
Cabinet Construction:
- Exterior: Non-peel, chip-resistant white powder-coated cold rolled steel.
- Interior: NSF-approved white aluminum liner with stainless steel floor.
- Insulation: High-density polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP.
- Welded heavy-duty steel frame rail with black powder coating for corrosion protection.
