Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (zero ODP, 3 GWP).
- High-capacity refrigeration system maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimal food preservation.
- ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors operate efficiently, providing consistent airflow, reducing heat, lowering energy consumption, and increasing motor reliability.
- Bottom-mounted condensing unit for easy maintenance, with “no stoop” lower shelf to enhance product visibility.
Cabinet construction:
