Refrigeration System

• Factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP) and three (3) global warming potential (GWP).
• Extra-large evaporator coil balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser, maintaining -10°F (-23.3°C) cabinet temperatures, ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream.
• Sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades provide an efficient, low velocity, high-volume airflow design, ensuring faster temperature recovery and shorter run times in busy food service environments.
• Condensing unit access is located in the back of the cabinet, which slides out for easy maintenance.
• The automatic defrost system is time-initiated and time-terminated.
  

Cabinet Construction

• Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends with corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
• Interior: Attractive, NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners.
• Insulation: The entire cabinet structure and solid door are foamed-in-place with high-density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
• 3" (77 mm) diameter stem castors allow for easy placement, with a 34" (864 mm) work surface height compliant with American Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
  

Door

• Stainless steel exterior with a clear aluminum liner to match the cabinet interior.
• The door is fitted with a 12" (305 mm) long recessed handle foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for permanent attachment.
• Positive seal self-closing door with a 90° stay-open feature; doors swing within cabinet dimensions.
• Magnetic door gaskets are one-piece construction, removable without tools for easy cleaning.
  

Shelving

• Two (2) adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves measuring 23 1/4"L x 16"D (591 mm x 407 mm).
• Four (4) chrome-plated shelf clips are included per shelf.
• Shelf support pilasters are made of the same material as the cabinet interior; shelves are adjustable on 0.5" (13 mm) increments.
  

Countertop Pan Capacity

• Comes standard with 16 (1/6 size) clear polycarbonate, NSF-approved, food pans measuring 6 .87"L x 6.25"W x 4"D (175 mm x 159 mm x 102 mm) in the countertop prep area. Also accommodates 6" (153 mm) and 8" (204 mm) deep food pans (supplied by others).
• The countertop pan opening is designed to fit varying-sized pan configurations with available pan divider bars. Varying size pans supplied by others.

• The evaporator is epoxy-coated to eliminate potential corrosion.

Electrical
