This set includes the Santoku from the Yuan Dynasty, Calligrapher Zhao Mengfu and Poet Guan Hanqing. The Chef knife represents the Song Dynasty with Calligrapher Su Shi and Poet ue Fei. The Chinese Chef represents the Tang Dynasty. With Calligrapher Yan Zhenqing and Poet Li Bai. The block colour is same to the red paint on Chinese palace gate , which represents regal , nobility.
