An Excellent Knife!

Home cook here, and I’ll admit I don’t know all of the fine details of kitchen knives. I bought this knife to replace a well loved, but worn out Wusthoff of the same style and size. From looking at the specs for the Zwilling, it looked pretty much identical, so I thought I’d give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! It has a nice weight to it (I was surprised how heavy it was - in a good way!) The fit and finish is excellent, and the handle has a nice feel to it. Wow! I couldn’t believe how sharp it was, right out of the box! So much sharper than my old Wusthoff, even after having it professionally sharpened. Highly recommend!
