Easy Baked Brie Cheese Dip

Creamy baked Brie paired with sweet and savory toppings creates the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Crackers, sliced baguette, apple slices, or grapes for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the Brie

Place the Brie wheel into a small oven-safe baking dish or Brie baker. Lightly score the top of the rind with a knife to help the toppings infuse as it bakes.

3. Add the Toppings

Drizzle the Brie with honey, then sprinkle with chopped pecans, dried cranberries, fresh rosemary, and a crack of black pepper. Finish with a light drizzle of olive oil.

4. Bake

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melted in the center without collapsing.

5. Serve

Carefully remove from the oven and serve immediately with crackers, toasted baguette slices, fresh fruit, or vegetables for dipping.

Why This Recipe Works

Creamy Brie becomes perfectly rich and spreadable when baked, while honey adds sweetness and toasted nuts provide a satisfying crunch. Fresh herbs balance the richness, creating an appetizer that's elegant, comforting, and packed with flavor.
