The Imperia Electric Pasta Sheeter with 8.25" Roller Length is the classic fresh pasta sheeter. Featuring 10 thickness adjustment settings, the machine produces a 210mm (8.3") sheet of pasta which can be used for ravioli, lasagna, or cut by hand. Optional cutter attachments cut your pasta into various widths including popular cuts such as fettuccine and pappardelle.
The Imperia is the industry standard for over 50 years! Most restaurants serving fresh house made pasta have used this classic machine. This pasta machine produces a 8.3" sheet of pasta which can be used for ravioli, lasagna, or cut by hand. Sheet thickness is 10 step adjustable with a thickness range of 0-5mm. Optional pasta cutter attachments cut your pasta sheets in various widths. Made in Italy!
