2T Series Stone Deck Oven

  • Even temperature control from top to bottom, front to back for precise baking; self-contained shot injection on each deck for crusty artisan bread
  • 600°F (316°C) Max Bake Temperature
  • 99 Hour Delay Start Up Timer & Economy Mode
  • 1" thick refractory stone deck
  • Each deck holds two 18" x 26" sheet pan per deck; end loaded
  • Up to 4 decks can be stacked
  • Eight-inch standard deck height; other heights available: 6", 10", and 12"
  • Digital electronic control board - independent for each chamber: independent baking temperature and time, independent temperature regulation for the bottom, top, and front heat ratio, manual steam injection for each chamber
