Hatco's HDW-2 Freestanding Warming Drawer is designed to keep a variety of foods hot and flavor-fresh for serving, while completely insulated individual cavities provide maximum energy efficiency.
Each warming drawer has a food pan, a recessed individual thermostatic control, temperature monitor, adjustable vent slides and a power On/Off switch.
Heavy-duty drawers easily slide on Hatco-exclusive nylon rollers.
Hold everything from meat, to vegetables, to rolls in the Hatco Drawer Warmer. Each drawer features adjustable sliding vents and individual thermostatic controls to hold a wide variety of hot foods safely for peak serving periods.
