Top notch - all around

The glasses are exactly what you would expect from Libbey and for my purposes (etching), they hit the mark every time.
As for Nella as a company...impressive. Not only are their prices discounted, their customer service goes beyond service, right to urgency. I ordered the wrong glasses. It took 2 days to realize it, and when I did, I called Nella to see if they already shipped. They were packing up the order as we spoke. Stopped everything, changed the order, remedied price differences and order at my door less than 48 hours later.
