Great Product - the vendor did not ship the product that was ordered

Nella shipped the wrong product (OM11427) for the OM11426. The package was not labelled well and the order fulfillment department shipped the wrong product. A phone call corrected the issue and the correct product (OM11429) for use with the OM11428 arrive about 5 days later.
