Cut-N-Carry® boards are made from a premium co-polymer material that is extremely durable yet gentle on knives. NSF Certified Cut-N-Carry®boards are designed to stand up to continual commercial dishwashing and will not warp. Cut-N-Carry® 6-Board Systems include basic HACCP color boards and a customizable color-coding chart.
