True TBB-4PT Back Bar Refrigerator with 3 Solid Doors refrigerated back bar coolers are designed with enduring quality and value. Our commitment to using the highest quality materials and oversized refrigeration assures colder product temperatures and years of trouble-free service.
Refrigeration System:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly (CFC free) 134A refrigerant.
- Extra large evaporator coil balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser; maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C).
- Sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor(s) and larger fan blades provide efficient low-velocity, high-volume airflow for faster temperature pull-down, colder holding temperatures, and quicker recovery in high-use situations.
- Condensing unit accessed from behind the front grill; slides out for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Cabinet Construction:
- Exterior: Black, powder-coated cold-rolled steel with stainless steel countertop.
- Interior: Stainless steel floor with 1/2" (13 mm) reinforced lip and heavy gauge galvanized steel walls.
- The door threshold protector prevents damage from the routine loading of the product.
- Insulation: The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place with high-density polyurethane insulation (zero ODP, zero GWP).
- Frame: Welded, heavy-duty steel rail, black powder-coated for corrosion protection.
Doors:
- Wear-resistant laminated black vinyl exterior with heavy gauge galvanized steel liner.
- Each door has a 12" (305 mm) long recessed handle, foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for permanent attachment.
- Positive seal doors.
- Magnetic door gaskets (one-piece construction) are removable without tools for easy cleaning.
- Standard door locks.
Shelving:
- Six adjustable, heavy-duty black PVC coated wire shelves: Two right and two left (23 1/2"L x 21 1/4"D or 597 mm x 540 mm), two center (28 1/4"L x 21 1/4"D or 718 mm x 540 mm).
- Four chrome-plated shelf clips per shelf.
- Aluminum shelf support pilasters; shelves adjustable on 1/2" (13 mm) increments.
