Refrigeration system:
- Factory engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (zero ODP, three GWP).
- The high-capacity system maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F (.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimal food preservation.
- ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors ensure higher peak efficiency, consistent airflow, reduced heat, lower energy consumption, and improved motor reliability.The condensing unit slides out from the back for easy maintenance.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, ends; corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
- Interior: NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with stainless steel floor and coved corners.
- Insulation: Foamed-in-place polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP.
- Four stationary castors; 31.62" (804 mm) work surface height; two front leg levellers included.
Door:
- “Low-E” double-pane, thermally insulated glass with an extruded aluminum frame.
- 12" (305 mm) extruded aluminum handle; positive seal self-closing door.
- Magnetic, one-piece, tool-free removable gasket for easy cleaning.
Shelving:
- Two adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated gray wire shelves (20" L x 13.87" D) with four chrome-plated shelf clips per shelf.
