Refrigeration System

• Factory-engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP) and three (3) global warming potential (GWP).
• High capacity, factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C) temperatures; ideal for frozen foods and ice cream.
• State-of-the-art, electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors; ECM motors operate at higher peak efficiencies, move a consistent volume of air, produce less heat, reduce energy consumption, and provide greater motor reliability.
• Bottom-mounted condensing unit positioned for easy cleaning; compressor runs in the coolest and grease-free area of the kitchen, allowing for storage space on top of the unit.
• Automatic defrost system that is time-initiated and temperature-terminated; saves energy and provides the shortest possible defrost cycle.
  

Cabinet Construction

• Exterior: Stainless steel front, anodized quality aluminum ends, corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.

• Insulation: Entire cabinet structure foamed-in-place using high-density, polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and zero GWP.

Shelving
