Refrigeration system:

• Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a global warming potential (GWP) of three (3).
• An oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow ensures uniform product temperatures.
• High-capacity refrigeration system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C) temperatures, ideal for frozen foods and ice cream.
• Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors (ECM) operate at peak efficiency, reducing heat and energy consumption while improving motor reliability.
• Condensing unit access is located in the back, designed to slide out for easy maintenance.
• Automatic defrost system with time-initiated, time-terminated settings.
  

Cabinet construction:

• Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends; corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back.
• Interior: NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners.
• Insulation: High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP.
• 1.5" (39 mm) diameter dual swivel castors allow easy placement, with a 31.87" (810 mm) work surface height.
  

Door:

• Stainless steel exterior with a clear aluminum liner to match the cabinet’s interior.
• The door is equipped with a 12" (305 mm) recessed handle, foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for permanent attachment.
• Positive seal, self-closing door with a 90° stay-open feature; swings within cabinet dimensions.
• Magnetic door gasket in one piece, removable without tools for easy cleaning.
  

Shelving:

• Two (2) adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves measuring 23.25"L x 16"D (591 mm x 407 mm).
