Refrigeration system:
- A factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (zero ODP, three GWP).
- Oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow for uniform product temperatures.
- High-capacity system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C), ideal for frozen foods and ice cream.
- ECM motors in the evaporator and condenser for higher peak efficiency, consistent airflow, reduced heat, and greater energy efficiency.
- Condensing unit with back-of-cabinet access; slides out for easy maintenance.
- Automatic defrost system, time-initiated and time-terminated.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends with corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back.
- Interior: NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with stainless steel floor and coved corners.
- Insulation: High-density polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and GWP for the entire cabinet and drawer facings.
- 5" (127 mm) diameter stem castors with front locks; 36" (915 mm) work surface height.
Drawers:
- Stainless steel exterior drawer facings, liners, and frames.
- Each drawer has a 12" (305 mm) recessed handle, foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for durability.
- Magnetic drawer gaskets, one-piece construction, tool-free removal for easy cleaning.
- Heavy-duty stainless steel slides and rollers, removable without tools for cleaning.
- Each drawer fits one full-size 12" L x 20" W x 6" D (305 mm x 508 mm x 153 mm) food pan (sold separately), with optional pan divider bars for varying configurations.
