Refrigeration System:

• High Capacity, factory-balanced system with directed airflow for consistent product temperatures.
• Maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (.5°C to 3.3°C) for ideal food preservation.
• Advanced electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors for enhanced efficiency and dependability.
• Condensing unit accessible from the rear of the cabinet

Cabinet Construction: 

• All stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
• One-piece formed top and backsplash to prevent bacteria and food particles from being trapped.
• NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning.
• High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures efficient temperature retention.
• 5-inch diameter stem castors with front set equipped with locking mechanisms—work surface height of 36 inches.

Drawers: 

• Stainless steel exterior drawer fronts and liners with stainless steel drawer frames.
  
• Each drawer features a 12" (305 mm) long recessed handle, foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for a secure attachment.
• Magnetic drawer gaskets are one-piece construction and removable without tools for easy cleaning.
• Heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers, also removable without tools for effortless cleaning.
• Each drawer can hold one full-size 12"L x 20"W x 6"D (305 mm x 508 mm x 153 mm) food pan (sold separately). Drawers support various pan configurations with divider bars (optional).
