Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system with eco-friendly, CFC-free 134A refrigerant.
- Energy-saving, factory-balanced refrigeration with guided airflow for uniform temperature in food pans and cabinets.
- Exclusive forced-air design maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) product temperature. ANSI/NSF-7 compliant.
- High-efficiency evaporator fan motor with larger blades for low-velocity, high-volume airflow.
- Easy access to condensing unit components from the back of the cabinet.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends with corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back.
- Interior: NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners.
- Insulation: Foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane insulation (0 ODP, 0 GWP) for cabinet structure and drawer facings.
- Casters: 2½" diameter with front locks.
Drawers:
- Stainless steel exterior drawer facings, liners, and frames.
- 12" recessed handle with magnetic, removable gaskets for easy cleaning.
- Heavy-duty stainless steel slides and rollers are removable without tools.
- Accommodates two full-size pans (12"L x 20"W x 6"D), and supports various configurations with pan divider bars (sold separately).
