Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and three global warming potential (GWP).
- Energy-efficient, factory-balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow for uniform product temperatures.
- High-capacity system maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimal food preservation.
- State-of-the-art electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors (ECM) operate at higher efficiencies, moving a consistent volume of air, producing less heat, reducing energy consumption, and providing greater motor reliability.
- Condensing unit access from the back of the cabinet slides out for easy maintenance.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends; corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back.
- Interior: NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner; stainless steel floor with coved corners.
- Insulation: High-density polyurethane insulation foamed-in-place throughout the cabinet structure and solid doors, with zero ODP and zero GWP.
- Casters: 5" (127 mm) diameter stem casters with locks on the front set; 36" (915 mm) work surface height.
Doors:
- Stainless steel exterior with a clear aluminum liner to match the cabinet interior.
- Each door features a 12" (305 mm) recessed handle, foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for permanent attachment.
- Positive seal, self-closing doors with a 90° stay-open feature; doors swing within cabinet dimensions.
- Magnetic door gaskets are one-piece construction, removable without tools for easy cleaning.
Shelving:
- Four adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves:
- Two top shelves: 15.56”L x 20.25”D (396 mm x 515 mm).
