Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP).
- High-capacity, factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimal food preservation.
- Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors (ECM) for higher efficiency, consistent airflow, reduced heat, and lower energy consumption.
- The bottom-mounted condensing unit is for easy maintenance; the “no stoop” lower shelf enhances product visibility by raising items to a higher level.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Durable, non-peel or chip-resistant black powder-coated cold-rolled steel.
- Interior: NSF-approved white aluminum liner with stainless steel floor.
