True’s TDM-R-48-GE/GE-B-W Refrigerated Bakery Display Case Merchandiser with Curved Glass combines efficient, high-volume merchandising with exceptional refrigeration performance, all wrapped in an elegant curved glass front for a sophisticated presentation of high-end deli items, desserts, and pastries. Designed to complement our TDMDC "dry case" display merchandiser, this unit adds an attractive and functional touch to your display setup. Please note that if units are banked together, a 1/2" gap will remain between them due to the side panel design.

Refrigeration system:

• Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (0 ODP, 3 GWP).
• Exclusive reversing condenser fan motors that reverse during defrost cycles keep the condenser coil clean and optimize performance, resulting in colder temperatures and increased energy efficiency. Regular coil cleaning is still recommended.
• High-capacity, factory-balanced system with two temperature range options:
• Standard range: 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) for bakery and deli products.
• Optional range: 42°F to 65°F (5.5°C to 18.3°C) for chocolate and wine.
• Pull-out condensing unit for easy cleaning and maintenance.
  

Cabinet construction:

• Exterior: Powder-coated FDA black rounded front and back, with black aluminum aesthetic side and front panels. Colour options available (white or stainless; upcharge may apply).
• Curved glass front and side panels.
• Interior: Powder-coated FDA white over CRS material. Colour options available (black or stainless; upcharge may apply).
• Insulation: Foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP.
• Welded, heavy-duty steel frame rail, black powder-coated for corrosion protection; equipped with leg levellers.
  

Curved front display glass:

• Single-pane tempered glass for the curved front and side panels. The front glass opens fully to maximize product visibility and provide full frontal access.
  

Rear doors:

• Two sliding glass doors for back access.
• Each door features a 12” aluminum handle.
• Sliding doors ride on stainless steel V-channel with bearings and fit within a plastic channel frame.
  

Shelving:

• Three adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, each supporting up to 150 lbs. (69 kg).
• Pan capacity:
• Holds four 18”L x 26”D (458 mm x 661 mm) pans, two 9”L x 26”D (229 mm x 661 mm) pans, and eight 12”L x 18”D (305 mm x 458 mm) pans (pans supplied by others).
  

Lighting:

• LED interior lighting with safety shield; includes two clips underneath shelves to secure wires.

• Epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion.
• Front glass swings up for easy cleaning.
• Pull-out condensing unit for convenient maintenance.

• NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food products. Tested and certified for performance at NSF Type II: 80°F (27°C) and 55% relative humidity.
