• Oversized Refrigeration System: Factory balanced with guided airflow, ensuring uniform product temperatures.
• High Capacity Performance: Maintains -10°F (-23.3°C) temperatures, ideal for frozen foods and ice cream.
• Electronically Commutated Motors: State-of-the-art evaporator and condenser fan motors that operate at higher peak efficiencies, moving a consistent volume of air to produce less heat, reduce energy consumption, and enhance motor reliability.
• Maintenance Access: Condensing unit access is located in the back of the cabinet, and easily slides out for maintenance.

Cabinet Construction

• Exterior: Constructed from stainless steel for the front, top, and ends, with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
• Interior: Features an attractive, NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners.
• Insulation: Entire cabinet structure and solid doors foamed-in-place using high-density polyurethane insulation, both having zero ODP and GWP.
• Mobility: Equipped with 3" (77 mm) diameter stem castors, with a work surface height of 34" (864 mm). Compliant with American Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
  

Doors

• Construction: Stainless steel exterior with clear aluminum liner to match cabinet interior.
• Handles: Each door is fitted with a 12" (305 mm) long recessed handle, foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for permanent attachment.

Shelving

Countertop Pan Capacity

• Standard Configuration: Comes standard with 16 (1/6 size) 6 7/8"L x 6 1/4"W x 4"D (175 mm x 159 mm x 102 mm) clear polycarbonate, NSF-approved food pans in the countertop prep area.
• Compatibility: Accommodates 6" (153 mm) and 8" (204 mm) deep food pans (supplied by others). Countertop pan opening designed for varying size pan configurations with available pan divider bars.
