- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (0 ODP, 3 GWP).
- Oversized, factory-balanced system with guided airflow for uniform product temperatures.
- High-capacity system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C), ideal for frozen foods and ice cream.
- ECM fan motors for peak efficiency, less heat, reduced energy consumption, and better reliability.
- Rear-access condensing unit, slides out for easy maintenance.
- Automatic defrost system (time-initiated and terminated).
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: stainless steel front, top, ends; GalFan-coated steel back for corrosion resistance.
- Interior: clear-coated aluminum liner, NSF-approved; stainless steel floor with coved corners.
- Insulation: foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane with 0 ODP and 0 GWP.
- 5" diameter stem casters with locks on front set; 36" work surface height.
Drawers:
- Stainless steel exterior facings, liners, and frames.
- 12" recessed handles, foamed-in-place with metal interlock.
- Magnetic gaskets (one-piece construction), removable without tools for easy cleaning.
