Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant (0 ODP, 3 GWP).
- Energy-efficient, factory-balanced system with guided airflow for uniform product temperatures.
- High-capacity system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C), suitable for frozen foods and ice cream.
- ECM fan motors for peak efficiency, consistent airflow, less heat, reduced energy use, and increased reliability.
- Rear-access condensing unit, slides out for easy maintenance.
- Automatic defrost system (time-initiated, time-terminated).
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: stainless steel front, top, and ends; GalFan-coated steel back for corrosion resistance.
- Interior: clear-coated aluminum liner (NSF approved); stainless steel floor with coved corners.
- Insulation: foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane with 0 ODP and 0 GWP.
- 5" stem casters with locks on the front set; 36" work surface height.
Doors:
- Stainless steel exterior, clear aluminum liner matching the cabinet interior.
- 12" recessed handles, foamed-in-place with metal interlock for permanent attachment.
- Positive seal, self-closing doors with 90° stay-open feature; doors swing within cabinet dimensions.
