  • 2 lobster tails

Instructions

1. Prepare the Lobster

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell down the center, stopping at the tail fan.
  3. Gently pull the shell open and lift the meat, resting it on top of the shell.

2. Make the Butter Sauce

  1. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.

3. Bake

  1. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the meat is opaque and slightly firm.
  3. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes to get a golden finish.

4. Serve

  • Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of parsley.
  • Pair with a light salad or steamed veggies for a balanced meal.
