Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

For the filling:

  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the glaze (optional):

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter to form a soft dough.
  3. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
  4. Roll tightly and cut into 8–10 buns. Place in prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden. Cool slightly.
  6. Optional: Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm buns.
