The Blodgett Zephaire ZEPH-100-E SGL Single Deck Standard Depth Electric Convection Oven, standard depth, electric convection ovens includes all of the signature features that make Blodgett convection ovens reliable for years. The simple to use controls make Zephaire ovens great for institutional kitchens.
Construction:
- Fully welded, extruded angle iron frame keeps oven square and true. Blodgett convection ovens maintain their structural integrity even after decades of rigorous use
- Double porcelainized interior surface prevents hidden rust and prolongs the life of your oven.
- Doors are triple mounted directly into the full angle iron frame so your doors always stay aligned and tightly sealed, preventing heat (and your heating dollars) from disappearing into thin air.
- Cavity lights and glass doors to check the progress of your product

- ENERGY STAR qualified
- Two speed fan motor
- Multiple electric configurations available
- Standard SSI-M control - solid state infinite control with separate dials for thermostat and timer
