  • Automatic Drain System: SteamChef® Automatic Drain Control activates when power is turned off, using a 1/2” ball valve with micro switch circuitry. Includes a water-saving cold water condenser and 3-minute rinse feature.
  • User-Friendly Controls: Includes a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer, LED indicator lights, timed/manual bypass switch for continuous steaming, and standby temperature mode (193°F).
