The Robot Coupe BLIXER5VV Variable Speed 6.2 Qt Batch Bowl Food Processor is specially dedicated to kitchens in the health sector, the Blixer® transforms raw products into modified textures.
All foods, raw or cooked, salty or sweet, served as a starter, main course, cheese or dessert can be consumed by all guests, even the oldest. Ideal for single portion.
Featuring a speed range Blixer ® 5VV with a speed range of 300 to 3,500 rpm for greater flexibility of use and a wider number of preparations.
Timer with countdown and stopwatch function for easy recipe repetition and great working comfort.
The 5.9 liter brushed stainless steel bowl comes with a Soft Touch handle designed for greater comfort and a good grip.
