The Robot Coupe BLIXER20 Two-Speed 21 Qt Batch Bowl Food Processor is specially dedicated to kitchens in the health sector, the Blixer® transforms raw products into modified textures.
All foods, raw or cooked, salty or sweet, served as a starter, main course, cheese or dessert can be consumed by all guests, even the oldest. Ideal for single portion.
Bowl with handles: This food processor is equipped with a 20 Liter stainless steel tank with handles:
- On the tank for a good grip.
- At the rear of the machine for easy movement during cleaning.
Toothed knife: With new profile of toothed stainless steel blades for small and large quantities of food. Adjustable and removable.
What's included:
- Stainless steel fine serrated blade assembly (3 blades).
- Scraper arm and lid wiper.
Clear cover Great Vision
- Lid wiper for better control of preparations being made.
- Central opening in the lid provided for adding liquids or ingredients during production.
- Tilting of the cover designed to avoid the flow of liquid onto the engine block.
- Seal to prevent the flow of liquids.
- Can be dismantled in just a few steps for thorough cleaning.
