Recipe: Big Mac Wraps (Makes 4 Wraps)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: diced onions, tomato slices

For the “Special Sauce”

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp diced pickles or relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Dash of onion powder and garlic powder

Instructions

1. Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside or chill.

2. Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.

3. Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out your tortillas. Spread a layer of sauce, then add cooked beef, shredded cheese, pickles, and lettuce. Add onions or tomatoes if using.

4. Wrap It Up:
Roll tightly like a burrito. You can toast the wraps in a pan for 1–2 minutes per side for extra crispness.

5. Serve:
Slice in half, and serve with extra sauce on the side!

Make Prep Even Easier
Use a non-stick skillet or cast iron pan to get the perfect sear on your ground beef—because the right pan makes all the difference.
