Refrigeration System

• Factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system utilizing environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP) and three (3) global warming potential (GWP).
• Energy-efficient, factory-balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow to ensure uniform product temperatures.
• High-capacity, factory-balanced refrigeration system maintaining cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimal food preservation.
• State-of-the-art electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors operate at higher peak efficiencies, moving a consistent volume of air, reducing heat, lowering energy consumption, and enhancing motor reliability.
• Condensing unit access is located behind the front grill, allowing for easy maintenance.
  

Cabinet Construction

• Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends with corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
• Interior: Attractive, NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with stainless steel floor and coved corners.
• Insulation: The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place with high-density polyurethane insulation, both having zero ODP and GWP.
• 5" (127 mm) diameter stem castors with locks on the front set, providing a work surface height of 36" (915 mm).
  

Doors

• Stainless steel exterior with a clear aluminum liner to match the cabinet interior.
• Each door is fitted with a 12" (305 mm) long recessed handle foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for permanent attachment.
• Positive seal doors that swing within cabinet dimensions.
• Magnetic door gaskets are one-piece construction, removable without tools for ease of cleaning.
  

Shelving

• Six (6) adjustable, heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves; two (2) shelves for the right door and two (2) for the left door measuring 23 5/8"L x 28"D (601 mm x 712 mm), and two (2) center door shelves measuring 25 1/2"L x 28"D (648 mm x 712 mm). Four (4) chrome-plated shelf clips are included per shelf.
• Shelf support pilasters are made of the same material as the cabinet interior; shelves are adjustable in 1/2" (13 mm) increments.
