Easy Date Night Tiramisu: No-Bake Dessert Perfection

This easy tiramisu is a quick, indulgent dessert to make together or surprise your partner with. Layers of creamy mascarpone, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and a dusting of cocoa powder come together to create a dessert that’s both rich and refreshing. No oven required—just mix, assemble, and enjoy!

Why You’ll Love This Tiramisu:

  • No-Bake: Simple to make, no oven required.
  • Quick: Ready in under 30 minutes (chill time included).
  • Romantic & Delicious: A classic dessert that always impresses.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Coffee Mixture:
In a shallow dish, mix the cooled coffee with the coffee liqueur (if using). Set aside.

  2. Make the Cream Mixture:
In a large bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.

  3. Assemble the Layers:
Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture (don’t soak them—just a quick dip). Layer the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish (9x9 or individual cups work great).

  4. Layer the Cream:
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing it evenly.

  5. Repeat:
Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone cream.

  6. Chill & Finish:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best). Before serving, dust with unsweetened cocoa powder.

Tools You’ll Need:

A whisk for mixing the cream, a shallow dish for dipping the ladyfingers, and a serving dish to layer everything in. A fine mesh sieve works great for dusting cocoa powder on top.
