Game day isn’t complete without a platter of crispy, flavorful wings. Here’s a simple recipe that delivers on taste without the hassle, perfect for your next gathering!

Ingredients:

  • 12 chicken wings (drums or flats, your choice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)
  • Optional: Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

  2. Prepare the Wings:
    Pat the wings dry with paper towels. This is crucial for getting them crispy! Place the wings in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Bake the Wings:
    Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden and crispy.

  4. Toss in Sauce:
    While the wings are baking, heat your buffalo sauce in a small pot or microwave for a few seconds to warm it up. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the warm sauce until evenly coated.
