Easy Zucchini Bread Recipe: A Simple & Delicious Treat

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar together. Add shredded zucchini, oil, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

  4. Combine: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Optionally, fold in walnuts or chocolate chips.

  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  6. Cool: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
