  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub pork with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear pork in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes on all sides.
  3. Add chicken broth and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
