1. Garlic and Herb Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub pork with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Sear pork in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes on all sides.
- Add chicken broth and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
2. Sweet and Sour Pork Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey in a bowl. Set aside.
- Cook pork in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes, then remove.
- Stir-fry bell pepper and onion in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes.
- Add pineapple and sauce. Return pork to the skillet and toss. Serve hot!
3. Pork Chop with Apple Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
- Mix applesauce and mustard, then pour over pork chops. Simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
4. BBQ Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 racks pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Season ribs with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 2.5 hours, then coat with BBQ sauce and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Serve with extra sauce.
5. Pork and Veggie Skillet
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 cups mixed veggies (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, spinach)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Remove.
- Stir-fry veggies in the same skillet until tender. Return sausage and mix. Serve warm.
