Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and three global warming potential (GWP).
- Oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow ensures uniform product temperatures.
- High-capacity refrigeration system maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimal food preservation.
- ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors operate at peak efficiency, reducing energy consumption and heat production while improving motor reliability.
- Easy maintenance with a sliding condensing unit located at the back of the cabinet.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends; corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back.
- Interior: NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner; stainless steel floor with coved corners.
- Insulation: Entire cabinet and drawer facings are foamed-in-place with high-density, polyurethane insulation, providing zero ozone depletion and global warming potential.
- 1½" (39mm) diameter dual swivel castors allow easy movement, with a 3⅛" (810mm) work surface height.
Drawers:
- Stainless steel exterior drawer facings, liners, and frames.
- Each drawer features a 12" (305mm) recessed handle, foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for permanent attachment.
- Heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers are easily removable without tools for cleaning.
- Magnetic drawer gaskets of one-piece construction, are also removable for easy cleaning.
Drawer pan capacity:
- Each drawer holds one full-size 12"L x 20"W x 6"D (305mm x 508mm x 153mm) food pan (sold separately) and supports varying pan configurations with optional divider bars.
