Refrigeration System

• Factory engineered, self-contained capillary tube system utilizing environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, featuring zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a global warming potential (GWP) of three (3).
• Energy-efficient, factory balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow for uniform product temperatures.
• High-capacity refrigeration system maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimal food preservation.
• State-of-the-art electronically commutated (ECM) evaporator and condenser fan motors enhance efficiency, moving a consistent volume of air to produce less heat, reduce energy consumption, and improve motor reliability.
• Condensing unit access is located in the back of the cabinet and slides out for easy maintenance.
  

Cabinet Construction

• Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends, with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
• Interior: Attractive NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum liner, featuring a stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning.
• Insulation: The entire cabinet structure, solid door, and drawer facings are foamed-in-place with high-density polyurethane insulation, which has zero ODP and GWP.
• Mobility: 5" (127 mm) diameter stem castors with locks on the front set, ensuring stable placement, and a work surface height of 36" (915 mm).
  

Door / Drawers

• Door or drawer assemblies can be located in any section of the cabinet; location must be indicated at the time of ordering.
• Doors are constructed with a stainless steel exterior and clear aluminum liner, while drawers feature stainless steel exterior facings, liners, and frames.
• Each door and drawer is fitted with a 12" (305 mm) long recessed handle, foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for permanent attachment.
• The door section includes a positive seal self-closing door with a 90° stay open feature. Doors swing within cabinet dimensions.
• Magnetic drawer/door gaskets are constructed in one piece and removable without tools for ease of cleaning.
• Heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers are removable without tools for cleaning.
• Each drawer accommodates one (1) full-size 12"L x 20"W x 6"D (305 mm x 508 mm x 153 mm) food pan (sold separately). Drawers will support varying-size pan configurations with optional pan divider bars.
  

Shelving

• Four (4) adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves measuring 27½"L x 16"D (699 mm x 407 mm).
• Each shelf includes four (4) chrome-plated shelf clips, with shelf support pilasters made from the same material as the cabinet interior, allowing adjustments on 1/2" (13 mm) increments.
