True’s TUC-48D-2 Undercounter Refrigerator with 2 Drawers & 1 Door uses the highest quality materials and oversized refrigeration systems provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, exceptional food safety and the best value in today’s food service marketplace.
Refrigeration system:
- A factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant (0 ODP, 3 GWP).
- An oversized, factory-balanced system with guided airflow for uniform product temperatures.
- High-capacity system maintaining cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimal food preservation.
- ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors for peak efficiency, consistent airflow, less heat, reduced energy consumption, and greater reliability.
- Rear-access condensing unit, slides out for easy maintenance.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: stainless steel front, top, and ends; corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back.
- Interior: clear-coated aluminum liner; stainless steel floor with coved corners.
- Insulation: foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane with 0 ODP and 0 GWP.
- 5" diameter stem casters with locks on the front set; 36" work surface height.
Door/drawers:
- Doors and drawers can be located in any cabinet section (specified at ordering).
- Stainless steel exterior doors with clear aluminum liners; stainless steel drawer facings and liners.
- 12" recessed handles, foamed-in-place with metal interlock for permanent attachment.
- Self-closing doors with a 90° stay-open feature; doors swing within cabinet dimensions.
- Magnetic gaskets (one-piece construction), removable without tools for easy cleaning.
- Heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers, removable without tools.
- Each drawer accommodates one 12"L x 18"W x 6"D food storage box or 1/3 and 1/2 size pans (sold separately).
Shelving:
- Two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves (21 9/16"L x 16"D) with four chrome-plated clips per shelf.
- Shelf support pilasters made from the same material as the interior, adjustable in 1/2" increments.
