Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions:
